Using the a sharp hand tool in conjunction with the Black Magic PDR Tips and caps provided the perfect combination to get this hard to access bodyline dent out on an electric MG.
Getting the majority of the sharp crease out right on the point of the bodyline with the cap on, then removing it to pick out the details with the sharp tip worked great for the perfect result we needed.

Here’s why not all dents are, “just a dent”.
At some point in a cars lifetime, chances are it will get a dent on the door, usually from another door hitting it.
Usually, (that word again) these are simple to repair, going down the window gap with the tools and pushing it out with straightforward access.
Not Tesla front door bodylines in this area.
If you get a dent around the door handle, there’s an awful lot of behind the scenes work needed.
To get a tool here, you need to remove the door card, to then remove the carrier plate.
With those out of the way, next out is the window glass, which allows us to take out the handle mechanism, which finally gives us room to get a tool to the back of the dent, which is behind a second skin!
Phew!
To top it off, they are made of aluminium…
This is why we always ask to see photos, a video or the car in person do give an accurate quote.
The difference between this type of work needed, compared to an easy access dent can be literally be hundreds.
But the work is worth it, saving unnecessary filling and repainting panels, and much longer time off the road.
